WEEK 2 PROGRESS

For this environment, I attempted to create a river leading to a lake, surrounded by land. The river would be bordered on either side by gradually rising terrain and a steeper mountain around around the lake.

The monuments would be placed atop a cliff overlooking the lake, and at the mouth of the river.

TERRAIN INSPIRATION

I'd like to put in a rocky coastline into my environment, but convincing cliff faces may be difficult.

I like the idea of a natural amphitheatre serving as a meeting place, perhaps steps cut into a valley like in quarries to form a rustic amphitheatre.

I like the combination of sand dunes and rock, which I can use to create a natural pathway leading people where I want them to go.
